Sydney, IT Operations Manager at Structured Inc., is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both our team and our customers. As the first point of contact for clients, Sydney provides friendly, professional support while coordinating schedules, assigning tickets, and keeping projects on track.

With a strong focus on quality control and efficiency, Sydney works closely with the technical team to ensure every issue is handled promptly and effectively. Her ability to  organize, prioritize, and maintain clear communication helps keep both customers and technicians on the same page. Known for building great rapport with clients and staff alike, Sydney plays a key role in delivering the seamless, high-quality service Structured is known for.
